1. Nature of Services
All services provided by GloryAbroad are academic coaching and resource matching in nature, including but not limited to: independent reviewer matching, journal peer review invitation facilitation, and application materials coaching. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. All reference drafts are for educational purposes only.
2. Scope of Services
Our coaching services are designed to help clients better prepare academic materials needed for NIW/EB1A applications. Recommendation letter reference drafts are independently reviewed, edited, and signed by the reviewers, reflecting their own judgment. We do not file any government applications on behalf of clients, nor do we guarantee any application outcomes.
3. Disclaimer
GloryAbroad makes no guarantees or promises regarding application outcomes. USCIS adjudications are entirely independent, and no organization or individual can guarantee results. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this term. We strongly recommend clients also consult a licensed U.S. immigration attorney for legal matters.
4. Intellectual Property
Reference drafts, coaching materials, and other content provided by GloryAbroad remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials and may not resell or transfer them to third parties. Clients retain all intellectual property rights to their own academic work and research.
5. Refund Policy
Full refunds are available before service initiation (after signing the coaching agreement but before coaching begins). Once services have started, completed portions are non-refundable. Reviewer matching services are non-refundable after a reviewer has confirmed acceptance. Specific refund details are governed by the signed coaching agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GloryAbroad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the relevant services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
