Eligible clients may request a refund of covered paid fees if the covered petition is ultimately not approved; the NIW / EB1A second payment is not charged if it is not approved. This protection excludes government fees, third-party costs, recommender matching, review invitations, consultations, RFE handling, and other add-ons; clients must provide truthful, timely, and complete cooperation under the agreement.
Approval-refund protection is not an approval guarantee; USCIS or consular decisions remain independent, and the signed agreement controls the exact scope.

For voluntary cancellation, clients may stop service anytime. NIW / EB1A refunds apply only to the first payment; the post-approval second payment is not charged before approval. O1 is a single payment and refunds follow the step allocations below. Ongoing Q&A and case onboarding is the first step and becomes non-refundable after service starts; later started or completed steps are non-refundable, and later unstarted steps refund at 75% of that step value. Example: if an O1 package is cancelled after service starts and positioning is completed, the $400 Q&A/onboarding allocation and positioning step are non-refundable; if all other steps are unstarted, the refund is $450 + $675 + $825 + $225 = $2,175.
Recommender Matching
Full refund for unmatched recommenders if not found within 60 business days of receiving complete materials.
Review Invitations
Full refund for unfulfilled review invitations if not completed within 90 calendar days after receiving complete materials.
Consultation
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before session; 50% refund within 48 hours; no refund after session starts.
All turnaround times start from receipt of complete client materials. Time spent waiting for client responses is not counted toward delivery deadlines.
