How do I pay? What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer (RMB / HKD), WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Payment is split into two installments: 50% upon signing the service contract, and the remaining 50% after the recommender is confirmed and the draft letter is delivered.
If a recommender withdraws, do I get a refund?
No refund, but we guarantee a free replacement recommender of equivalent qualifications until the contracted number of letters is fulfilled. If we cannot complete the replacement within 30 days, the corresponding fee for that letter will be refunded.
What does the service contract cover? Is it legally binding?
We sign a formal service contract with every client specifying the scope of service, delivery timeline, payment terms, confidentiality provisions (NDA), and breach handling. The contract is governed by Hong Kong law and is legally enforceable.
