Invitation and eligibility depend on the applicant-specific profile assessed during evaluation and the final signed agreement. Eligible clients may request a refund of covered service fees if the covered I-140 or O-1 petition is ultimately not approved. This protection excludes government fees, third-party costs, reviewer matching, review invitations, consultations, and other add-ons; clients must provide truthful, timely, and complete cooperation under the agreement.
