NIW/EB1A/O1 full packages are available for consultation and purchase; approval-refund protection is invitation-only. Invitation and eligibility depend on the applicant-specific profile assessed during evaluation and the final signed agreement. Eligible clients may request a refund of covered service fees if the covered I-140 or O-1 petition is ultimately not approved. This protection excludes government fees, third-party costs, recommender matching, review invitations, consultations, and other add-ons; clients must provide truthful, timely, and complete cooperation under the agreement.
Approval-refund protection is not an approval guarantee; USCIS or consular decisions remain independent, and the signed agreement controls the exact scope.

Full refund for unmatched recommenders if not found within 60 business days of receiving complete materials.
Review Invitations
Full refund for unfulfilled review invitations if not completed within 90 calendar days after receiving complete materials.
Consultation
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before session; 50% refund within 48 hours; no refund after session starts.
All turnaround times start from receipt of complete client materials. Time spent waiting for client responses is not counted toward delivery deadlines.
