Terms of Service

GloryAbroad provides independent recommendation letter matching services, including: • Applicant academic background assessment • Precise recommender matching and outreach • Recommendation letter drafting assistance and quality review • Letter delivery and recommender credential documentation We provide an intermediary matching service. Final recommendation letters are signed by the recommenders themselves. GloryAbroad makes no guarantees regarding immigration application outcomes.

Service fees are paid in two installments: • First installment (50%): Paid upon signing the service agreement, initiating background assessment and recommender matching • Second installment (50%): Paid after all recommendation letters have been signed and delivered Payment methods: Bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay (as specified in the quote). Refund policy: If GloryAbroad is unable to complete the service due to reasons on our end, the first installment will be fully refunded. If the client unilaterally terminates, fees for completed portions are non-refundable.

GloryAbroad provides the following service guarantees: • Recommender replacement guarantee: If a recommender withdraws or the letter quality is substandard during the service period, we will re-match and assist in drafting new letters free of charge • Revision guarantee: Up to 2 revision rounds per recommendation letter • 7-day post-delivery quality guarantee: If material errors are found after delivery, free correction is provided These guarantees do not apply if the client provides false information or requests revisions beyond reasonable scope.

Both parties commit to strict confidentiality of the following: Client obligations: • Do not disclose recommender identities to external parties (outside application materials) • Do not use recommender contact information for purposes beyond this service GloryAbroad obligations: • Do not disclose client personal information or application materials to unrelated third parties • All staff sign confidentiality agreements Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for 3 years after service completion.

The intellectual property rights to recommendation letters belong to the recommenders themselves. Clients may only use the letters for their own immigration applications and may not use them for any other purpose (e.g., copying, distribution, or impersonation). GloryAbroad's service processes, recommender database, and internal documents are protected by copyright law. Clients may not copy or distribute them.

GloryAbroad expressly states: • We are a recommendation letter matching intermediary, not a law firm, and do not provide legal immigration advice • We are not responsible for USCIS or any government agency approval decisions • Recommendation letters are one component of an immigration application; approval outcomes are affected by many factors • We recommend clients also consult licensed immigration attorneys Clients must understand and accept this disclaimer before using our services.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation (30-day negotiation period). If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese or English (as mutually agreed).

GloryAbroad reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered clients via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
